These projects are included in a broader set that Traçado Regulador produced, following the amendment to Decree-Law 555/99, by Law 60/2007, which exempts of permit the projects included in the an allotment.
The objective was to associate the speed of granting a construction license to the speed of construction itself, with the possibility of manufacturing the modules outside the construction site.
