Rehabilitation project of a set of 2 buildings, right in the center of Lisbon. The metric and rhythms of the façade were preserved in full, enlarging the building on 1 floor and making use of the tiled roof. Despite the altimetric undercutting between the two buildings, it was possible to create a common vertical stop, which minimizes the common areas of circulation. The functional solution translates into the creation of 14 apartments, divided by typologies T0, T1 and T2, with generous areas and finishes characteristic of this type of buildings. The basement apartments benefit from a terrace / garden at the backyard with great views over the city.  |
