This is our seventh villa in Quinta do Perú, in an environment of great environmental quality.
The plot has an approximate area of 1,683 sqm and a peculiar shape, providing vast areas of implantation and construction (650 sqm).
The west zone was privileged as an outdoor leisure area, with ample sun exposure.
This house is characterized by its very rich internal space and a continuous perceptive relationship with the outside, as well as its double height entrance.
All spaces in the house overlook the leisure area to the west, overlooking the Serra da Arrábida, also taking advantage of the views to the north, where lush vegetation prevails.
The simple but varied volumetry creates a succession of fulls and voids, generators of shadows, which, combined with transparencies and the use of natural materials, adjust to an effective landscape integration.
A very rich interior space, with a frank and varied relationship with the outside.
A contemporary language, with a careful game of transparency, full and empty, light and shadow, embodies a vast functional program with generous areas.
