This is our fourth project at Belas Clube de Campo,. Deployed on a plot of 2,170 m2, this house is developed over 3 floors totaling 811 m2 of construction area..
The functional program required a fluid space with a broad relationship to the outer space.
The morphology and shape of the land, with a western exposure and overlooking the golf course, recommended a functional and spatial organization that would privilege these relationships, with a large leisure area to the south/west and most of the interior spaces with a strong perceptual relationship with this zone.
The ex libris of this house is the indu prayer room, oriented according to the cardinal points and in rotation relative to the house plans. This prayer room is highlighted, next to the entrance, supported by a single pillar, over a small lake, and accessed through a bridge.
The basement spaces are amply ventilated and illuminated through patios that perforate the ground up to this level.
A very rich interior spatiality, with a frank and varied relationship with the exterior.
A contemporary language, with a judicious game of transparency, full and empty, light and shadow, embodies a vast functional program with generous areas.
