This villa is located on a plot of 10,260 m2 and has a total area of 1,350 m2. The challenge here was to cope with a great view over the golf course to the north and a sun exposure to the south.
The villa is located on a central leisure area, which takes advantage of the sun exposure. However, the living room and outdoor seating area under the spade also explore the golf course.
The relief of the terrain allowed us to become fenestrable part of the basement.
The house is characterized by successive transparencies and a varied volumetry that creates light-shadow contrasts to which the reflections created by the exterior water plans are associated.
These characteristics and the use of coatings such as stone and wood, are the remaining links of an effective landscape integration.
