This villa is located in the center of Estoril, with sea views, right on the ground floor. It was, however, a small plot (600 m2) of uneven geometry and rugged relief, which posed a challenge to the implantation and volumetry. The house turns completely on the magnificent view over the Bay of Cascais (living room and bedrooms). Despite the smallness of the terrain, the outdoor leisure area is generous. The total area of the construction is of 650 m2, having obtained ample windows in the basement.  |
