This project is implanted in a land with excellent views over the Bay of Funchal. The terrain has a small size and a steep slope, which is common in Madeira.
The challenge here was to guarantee the interior divisions the maximum enjoyment of the excellent view. The proposed solution guarantees this view even to the north facing rooms or the vertical staircase in 2 of the 3 villas.
The settled slope allowed the housing use of the basement, with large windows and direct access to the garden and pool.
The materials used in the exterior are exposed concrete and wood.
