This is our sixth project in Quinta do Perú. Set on a 1,195 m² plot, the house extends across three floors and has a total built area of 435 m², in a setting of outstanding natural quality.
The outdoor leisure area occupies the south-western part of the plot, enjoying abundant sunlight, while the interior spaces make the most of views towards the woodland to the north.
The building’s clean forms bring solid volumes and open spaces together to create a play of light and shadow. Glazing and natural materials help the house sit comfortably within the landscape and establish a fluid connection between indoors and outdoors.
The result is a contemporary home with generous spaces and a rich, varied interior experience.
