This villa is located on a plot of about 700 sqm in Vila Utopia in Carnaxide.
The functional program required fluid space with a broad relation to outer space.
The morphology of the terrain provides here two leisure zones on two levels. The first is connected to the living room / kitchen, and it is developed around the swimming pool, in a space continuum with the interior space, provided by the large glazing and the exterior porches and floor covering. The second, at an intermediate level between the ground florr and the basement, will be a play area for children.
The basement spaces are widely ventilated and illuminated through patios that pierce the ground up to that level.
